My Heart Is Full

You make my heart full when you make me laugh

When I crack a joke and you follow through.

You make my heart full when you smile

Or laugh

And I know I'm the cause of that.

It's full when you tell me you love me

And when you tell me about your day

Because I genuinely love you

And want to know everything.

It's full when you hold me in your arms.

When you give me kisses that suffocate me

But give me air at the same time.

It's full when you tell me you miss me

And I know you mean it

Because my heart aches.

It's full when my throat closes up

Just thinking about you

Because the weight of missing you

And loving you

Is so great that I can hardly breath.

It's full when you randomly call me.

It's full when I recieve a simple good morning text.

It's full even when we argue.

Because I know I still love you

With everything I've got.

It's full when I think about our future together.

It's full

Knowing there's a future together

That you want as much as I do.

It's full when I know that the person I love

With everything I've got

Loves me

With the same amount they've got.

Even when my heart hurts

It's always full.

There are no cracks.

Nothing is broken.

Because even when I'm going crazy

I'm still crazy about you.
