My Hero

I backed away as he tried leading me through,

what seemed like an impossible journey.

He took my hand as I backed away...

Whispering to me, “You got this!”

My knees buckled and my legs quivered.

He knocked on the door.

My heart skipped a beat.

Then, he let go of my hand.

The older gentlemen welcomed us in.

We sat down on the soft pillowy chairs.

The room was calm, but the tension was high.

The gentleman asked what brought us together on that day.

The boy that brought me spoke...

“I promised her, even fear stricken upon her... She who needs the guidance... I am her support,

Replying now to the boy, “You are my hero... You are what I dream of. Fear stricken, yes, but

you give me my will and strength to carry on! I know not of what my future holds, but I hope to

keep you there... I know against no will shall you find the bounds against you shall see I come to

desire... But one day... May I let you in on the upmost desires of you I shall seek...”

The older gentlemen bellows his reply, “But to whom you speak of? Of what trouble do you

for now...”

foresee to seek the upmost knowledge of myself?”

It was like walking through Heaven’s gates.

I was blinded for so long, but finally sot clarady for what has been neglected for soo long!

It was as if he really was my hero...

Saving me from the sins I divulged.
