My Hidden Love

From the beginning, you, I could not trust The love, the hate, and many lies I spoke I thought you would leave but you stayed and lust I pushed you away now my heart is broke My tears flow down while the pain goes through me I sit on my bed and stare at the night I hear my screams, for I am the banshee It controls my body, and all my might I wish you were here, not just in my heart The ghost that haunts me is coming alive It grasps my cold heart and rips it apart It’s taken over; I’m in for a drive My heart was ripped out my beating chest My hidden love is a heart broken guest
