My Home Away From Home

They tell me you are hard to conquer and I dare to try and conquer you, I have seen others do so before me And they tell me you are unforgiving and brutal and I witness first hand, for you have knocked me down before And they tell me you are the equalizer for many and I know this is true because many have shamefully walked away in their defeat And they tell me you are made for the graceful and the fearless and I am one of them, I am fearless and dare to get back up after you have knocked me down yet again You have showed me what to do to be triumph with my ways The abilities I have created with make people watch me in amazement with what I have become I have become stronger than an ox and quicker than a rabbit while training in your solitude Sweating, Pushing, Running, Never Stopping, While running your never ending supply of bleachers on a cold afternoon I have heard you laugh at me when I have fallen, I get up again so you stop I battle with your emptiness everyday, sow hen you are full I can amaze the eager people with ease
