My Inner Beast

The beast tears into me Ripping my flesh It devours me Conquers me. It's won There is none of me left I'm... wait. There In the mass expanse of dark That speck That's me Nothing but a measly speck In a pool of nothing Yet... I'm there And I will not be beaten By such a beast As myself.
