My insecurities

They tell me that I have to be perfect

They tell me that I have to be skinny

They tell me that I'm too ugly

They tell me that I have to be the perfect house wife

I'm lost in a city of angles being somebody who I am not

What if I'm unique? Is that bad?

Every time I look in the mirror I see the image that they tell me to be

Is it bad that I don't want to be that image?

I want to make a name for myself and be my own person

My insecurities will not bring me down I am trying to find myself in the city of angles

Soon enough I will know who I am and my mirror will be restored
