My Introduction

Hi! My name is Keia

Pronounced Kiah

If you're reading this right now, you probably think that I was a liar

This four-letter word is a majority of my life

Everytime someone says Key-ah it cuts me like a knife

I want to say to them," Look, this is my name. Next time, get it right."

Teachers look at me confused, like I'm the one that's crazy

But it ain't my fault my mama named me this as a baby

Like I know how my name's spelt so stop with the judging

And those confused faces ain't going to change nothing

So please change your face and get my name right next time

You get it right and I promise you I will shine
