my jean

“i suffer from intelligence” -unknown

well hey, unknown or not, it’s a great quote

by a great mind, whose sanity has flown

a man full of talent, with room to gloat

lord knows if i have any true talent

he knows i only dream of my dear jean

jean, not genie. i dream of funds half spent

i dream of less sleep, of the college scene

my jean dreams of me, i am sure of it

jean dreams of ink stained hands, and coffee breath

mood swings galore; my jean will never quit

jean needs me like an addict needs their meth

but i don’t quite know my jean, not just yet

jean might surprise me, i’m willing to bet
