My journey

Let it be known that we tried our best In the wee hours we are toiling In the late, up we are struggling to scale up Struggling, battling, striving to be better than before We have the dream The ones laced and coated in golden colour To be greater than our fathers &forefathers To not be dipped in dungeon of misery To not beg for crumbles To live to tell tall tales Tales of how we get it right Tales of our jolly and merry moments Tales of how grit soaked in tenacity topped with perseverance uplift This is not for one or two persons It is for this generation & those unborn It is for every child, young or old who are bereaved of courage to forge on when chips are down It is for the girls & boys in the slum of Africa, America, Asia that there's hope That we all are work in progress That even in toughness and chaos we can write a better story We can become more & do something great things This is our destiny yet unseen-- unravelling in phases
