My joy

It starts with just a smile, and the roll of the eyes. Next comes the giggles, and me trying to smother them with my hand. As it threatens to consume me, I can't help but feel the joy. I soon let it over take me, and I begin to laugh. My head tossed back and my eyes shut. I block out the world and focus on the single moment that has made me feel. It may not sound like yours, but it definitely is me. I laugh without restraint and put every part of my being into it. I make it as personal as possible, filling the air with warmth. This feeling of great pleasure is all I need in life. There's rarely a day without a dark cloud, and things tend to go wrong. But joy is my sunshine, and it always breaks through at dawn. I laugh because I'm happy, this isn't always easy to be. The fact is that when I am bursting, and joy spills from my mouth. A fire lights within my soul and I can not live without my laugh.
