with my last breath i am free

As I feel the teeth clenching wind blowing through the strands of my hair I finally feel at peace. Looking back I finally realized there was nothing I could do to change anything. All I could have done was prayed to God for a miracle that never came. With everything that we went through to get where we were I guess it just wasn’t meant to be and with my final last breath I am free as I stepped into oblivion.
