My Left Hand

The same hand that Master once smacked
Is the same one I receive gold in
Not the kind full of riches
But the kind that is wealthy in love
Because I am a rose
Delicate
Yet, protective and strong with thorns
But so damn beautiful with the balance of wisdom, knowledge and sex appeal
No need to try to peel my petals with your eyes
Because once your hand meets this left one
They’ll connect

If worthy
