My life mentally

Anxiety is when you can't sleep, your mind is running constantly and it won't slow down. Although you can't fall asleep all you can think about is all of the bad things you have went through and your foot starts to shake uncontrollably. you start to feel nauseous and then you might start to cry uncontrollably. It's 4 in the morning and it's a school night you can't sleep you have a test tomorrow that is worth half of your grade. It's 6:45 a.m. you're about to get ready to go to school and you're anxiety wants you to stop so you get this bad feeling in your stomach and then you feel nauseous and then you throw up. Even though you studied as hard as you could to do on this test you still feel like crap. You get to school tired all you want to do is go to sleep you took the test you think you did good. You're anxiety is gone the next night you fell asleep and you had a bad dream that you failed that test. You're anxiety never goes away.
