My Little Light

Lord, let my light shine

just like a star

small at first

then growing by far

Let other lights

gather 'round me

so darkness will hide

and others can see

All that You've done

all You will do

and maybe their light

will flare up too

Let my light burn

forever for You

until that day

I see You soon.
