My Little Sisters

Being the oldest can be very good

I usually get the first dibs on snack foodBut there's another first that I often getwhich is watching the little sisters and sometimes the petsTo be honest, it can be a dragthough I am quite good at it, not that I brag I have two sisters aged nine and near twoThey adore each other and quite frankly me tooThey like to blow bubbles, watch Barney and swingOr walk to buy candy, dance, skip and singMy sisters love playing dolls and hide-and-go-seekbut when they are counting they usually peek. The playing is easy but when it's their time for bedThey make lots of excuses: they want water or to be fed. When the crying starts, I feel so frustratedBut once they're asleep, I become so elated. Another babysitting stint in the books is done.I don't always like to admit it but it's less work than fun.
