...my looks

They say im ugly, I beg to differ When plead doesn't work It sinks in deeper I ignore it everyday And dream for the day I change In my looks I don't think there is a way, But at the end I have no fear. Im proud to say im ugly and I know it, But my personality doesn't show it I wonder why people are born this way. There personality is good, but the looks are ugly And the looks are good but the personality is ugly. Why do I feel this way? Its just an excuse to feel some type of way About my looks. I listen to songs and read books That tell me I should love my flaws And terrible nooks. The way my face is red and bumpy to my lips that are big and wide. The way my lips glide across my face When you try to hurt my pride. I am as diverse as diverse can get, But so are you that's lifes prick. I hate to say people judge you by your looks, But come to me and say hi And you'll have a different outlook About me and about my look. I don't know about you, but I like my looks.
