My Love

Because I love you

Because I love you, I am whole

Because I love you, I am free

Because I love you, you love me

Every breath I take is full of life

Full of love

Of hope

Of trust

Every time I see you

My heart glows

A burning fire

An explosive volcano

Every time we say goodbye

Only a moment passes

And were together once more

Because I love you

I love myself

My body

MY body, yet I’m still yours

You are my heart

Yet you are not.

For despite loving you

I will only ever belong

To me.

Because I have loved you

I have loved

Everything

The birds

The trees

The trash

The world

Because you have opened my eyes

To everything.

I love you

Even when I hate you

Even if we are close to over

You love me

Because of my mistakes

not in spite of them

I love you

I love you as the moon loves the sun

Chasing her for eons across the night sky.

Because I love you

I will never say goodbye

But instead

Open every door with

Hello.
