My Love

The butterflies The giggles The shuffles And the smile All those are signs The meetings The kisses The phone calls The texts Can't you see what I do I've given you my heart It's all I have left. I have nothing more Besides what comes next. Please tell me You feel this too It can't be just me I look at you and the world stops Everyone around us becomes irrelevant. Those times when you smile And your brown eyes brighten Is that not love? Is what I feel for you not stronger Than the hunger of a starving man? Please, you've got to feel this too. My love is all that I have to give I've given it to you Don't let me lose you. I love you

I have been through situations in my life that some would say make me stronger. They made me wise, they made me cry, the took away all my hope. But I'm still living. Poetry is my way to express myself. Besides music, it's all I have. I'm here because I found a place where I can be recognized for my poems and not my experiences. When I won't be judged because of what happened to me. Other than that you'd be surprised at how happy I seem. I'm outgoing I'm hyper I'm not allowed to have sugar because I'm so hyper I'm caring I'm helpful I care for others more than myself I have high expectations and dreams Music is my life This is me and if you can't except it than leave.
