My Love

Love is a mystery

It's like a trickery

To the mind

It's good then

      Bad

The moment when

You realize that

You are in love

It's the feeling

Of being in the middle of a rush

Lost

Confused

But at the same time

It is exciting

      Safe place.

The touch of

One another

Is protecting

Comfortable.

      The feeling that

Is like no other

Like a thunderstorm

Exciting

Electrifying

      Exhilarating

But also

Dangerous

After all,

All it takes is a sentence

      And it’s all over

Gone

Over

Almost as if it never existed

And you’re left

      Broken

Forever
