My love

Hiding from the world who you truely are

Pure hearted yet with an unfixable scar.

Being taken for granted and used as a rag

When they don’t need you anymore they’ll throw you out like a garbage bag.

So you hide from the world and shun it away,

But then you actually find someone who’s willing to stay.

You talk for hours and let them in

You let them see the true self

that you’ve left to collect dust on the shelf.

You realise how much they really mean to you and want to hold them close forever,

And how their existence makes life so much better.

You write a poem about how they mended that “unfixable” scar,

And about how much you love who they are.

How they make you laugh and smile,

And sometimes you end up daydreaming about them for a while…

To the stupid person I send this stupid poem to;

I jus want you to know that I love you<3
