My Love Affair
So many late nights trying to speak ‘til the end
If this is my last strike, my ball points at the pins
We started out at dear just to finish with love
I sent you out of here
Now you fit like a glove
I don't know how it happened
Thought we dwindled apart
But then it got rapid
We rekindled the spark
A blast from my past got me feeling more smooth
We were moving so fast and now we got us a groove
That's when the needle drops
We've been playing our notes
It's time for us to stop from reciting these quotes
You brought something out that I been reminiscing
You only filled the void of what I really been missing
