My Love Letter

Dearly beloved,
Eyes like ice skies, skin like vanilla cream.
Kissin’ on lips like licorice; God he’s such a dream.
Secrets he keeps; I’ll never tell.
Face like Heaven; he fights like Hell.
Built to last, made to withstand.
With a mind like that, no one stands a chance.
He’s my angel, saving grace on handmade wings.
Can’t keep my hands off him.
He flew so close to the sun, a drop lives inside him now.
He’ll always be warm for me, can’t keep my hands free with him.
Sang me to sleep with songs of the Ocean seen from a country, oak tree.
He gave me a drop of love from a willow tree.
Then wrapped up a slice of happiness as a dessert for me.
And carved our initial into a heart on the world tree.
This dear angel loves me.
My dearly beloved, and sanctuary he’ll always be.

With all the love in my heart, Harleigh.
