My Love Letter to Poetry

I know you are the type who likes people that knows about you head to toe,
I may not know a lot about you
If you think my love for you is infatuated,
it's not.

Whenever I write to you, I feel at bliss
Whenever I don't, You, I miss
I love you, as Poetry is
I will not leave you without a soft kiss

My words aren't deep but I assure you that they're true
When I'm in class, I think about you
In the back of my mind, I remember your beauty
To what extent your beauty could reach?

You, my excitement
You're a commitment
P-O-E-T-R-Y
I will send you love letters as much as I L-Y

I am... but a child lost in an ever-expanding chaotic universe, trying to make sense of it all just like you.
