My Mentor, My Captain, My Soul

We are born with a fire

Ingited deep within our hearts

And with it comes a desire

To burn great and bright

But we are born the same

So if you want to rise, you must fight

This is what I was taught

By going through a strugle were I was destined to fail

But still I fought

And with every losing battle

I felt myself growing stronger

As my chains gave out a death rattle

My war is long from done

And so the cycle shall continue

With fighting every war under the sun

I must take every chance I get

For you can never win

Only become strong enough to take another hit
