my mentor rich

My greatest mentor was named Richard

He had a way with words like a bard

We played a lot of mtg a game of cards

We would play until we found stars

He helped me from getting my car

helping my mind expand to places far

knowing words could leave you in a char

without a father I though id never be up to par

He made me who I am by raising the bar

I will always be appreciative of Richard
