My Mind

Dear Mind,

Its time that I awake, time to start another day as bad as the last.

I know your name is Anxiety and  Depression.

You have become my best friends.

You haunt my days and you haunt my nights.

I just need to face the facts.

I am alone

I go to bed then turn around.

You are right there to greet me.

You make me cry and replay the pain of the day.

You stomp on my dreams then spit in my face.

You scream at me telling me about my lack of worth.

You make me think the worst and feel the worst.

Beacause you feed on my pain and my loneliness is your drug.

So if im ever in pain, you are probably near,

Soaking all of my hope and leaving me with my remains.
