My mind is a garden

My mind is a garden that blossoms and thrives,

beautiful and wondrous yet hidden inside,

the beauty is pain that never subsides,

for all roses wilt,

and wither,

and die.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to check out my work. I greatly appreciate it. I’m new to poetry so I’m taking I’m shot. I enjoy turning my deepest feelings into words and I can only hope some of you will relate to and like my work. Never forget, you’re perfect just the way you are. Have a lovely day!
