My Mom

My mom is really the best She always makes me smile She comes to all my sporting events And wears the latest styles Whenever I am down She tries to cheer me up She sits there and talks to me Until I brighten up I know she gets pretty angry When I’m dozed off in space Then she just ignores me Until I look misplaced She takes me many places So I can go out with friends Sometimes she even comes with us And shows us some cool trends My mom is pretty sweet There’s never an awkward time She’s always there to back me up Within a split second of time

This poem is about my mom who just got finished battling breast cancer. I don't know what I would do without her, so I wrote this to show my love and appreciation for her and everything she does for me.
