My Mom

Even though she doesn't know it, I'm always thinking about my mom. I remember everything she's ever told me, when she used to hold me, and dressing me for prom. Confident and calm; That's where i get it. Showed me how to be strong; How could i forget it? Mom, you're on my mind, Because you've made me who I am. You're such a good example, And I'm doing the best I can. I hope you believe in me, The way that I believe in you. I've watched you work so hard; I appreciate everything you do.

I wrote this poem a few weeks ago and gave it to my mom for Mother's Day. My mom has always been such a wonderful person, so I thought I'd pay a little homage.
