My Monster will Whisper

Follow my string of words from whisper to rhythm, tracing the inner being of my mayhem.

Poetry is an art, an extension

An expression of what is and what isn't,

What we see and don't see but feel through the black and white syllables pulling us through the threading of our spider-web lives.

Threaded through the people and places of our pasts,

Sharing our loves and our lives through the whispers and rhythms that make up our inner beings of mayhem,

The monsters that make up our mayhem,

The quiet, lovely, the powerful monsters of our lives both lived and forgotten.
