My Moon

You are my moon,

Full of song and sound.

You whisper sweet and soft,

When I'm crumbled on the ground.

You are my moon,

You light the way for me.

With your bright face,

My heart and soul can travel safely.

You are my moon,

You are a savior, a charmer.

My demons seem to leave me,

When they see my knight in glowing armor.

You are my moon,

My gentle sound, my night light,

My protector.

You keep me safe at night.
