My Mother

She has been my mother and father,

she has been there every step of the way.

She has lived without me

but I have never lived without her.

She picks me  up when i' m down.

Sacrifice after sacrifice and she never complains.

I would be lost without  her guidance,

and I would be sad without her presensce.

We  don't always see  eye  to eye,

but  I would take that than a world without her.

She is my super woman ; she is my mother.

I could not live without her.
