To my mother and father

Because you love me

You left everything behind

You endured so much pain

Working as in a fast food resturant for fourteen years

Being the first one to wake up and the last one to go to sleep

You went to work as a construction worker

There we months when when we didn't see you

When you finnally came back you went to work at a resturant

Even though you worked longer hours we were there with us

I never truely understood the true meaning of sacrifice

Until I was old enough and realized, you did it all for me

You gave up everything so I could have a better life than the ones you had

You let the world criticze your broken English and you spent so much time at work

There were days you'd enter work so early or come out so late that we didn't get to see each other

You taught me the value of hard work and dedication

That I am the only person standing in my way

If I want something I better go get it because no one is going to give it to me

You have taught me to be strong and independent

Because you love me

You work with your hands

But because I love you

I will work with my

I will make you proud

Wherever I go

Whatrever I do

"Sus sacrificios y apoyo son la razon por lo que hago, lo que hago para ustedes"

Your sacrifices and support are the reason for what I do, I do it for you
