My Mother Dear

In her eyes I shine bright.

Within her heart I do sit light.

For in her hands lies my life,

And in her mind dwells not strife.

Of my path, the way I do not know,

But by mide sider her face do glow.

With never a tear,

A sweet angel I do hear.

She always knows the way to go.

My mother dear, I love you so.
