To My Mother With Love

My mother,

     You are my guide

To the Guide to salvation

You are my teacher to follow

My Teacher of every good thing

     My source of compassion

Who professes the Comforter

     My queen who points me

To my heavenly King

     Thank you

Dear mother,

For showing me the joy it is

To walk with my hand

In the hand of my protector.
