My Mystery

My heart and my mind are at war
My mind is telling my heart what to think
But my heart can't think
It can only feel, the emotions I put it through
The emotions I could have avoided, if I listened to my mind
But how can I listen to my mind, if I control it

My mind is my protector and my heart is a loose cannon
But one thing I forgot to mention is my soul
My soul doesn't care what my mind thinks
It doesn't care what my heart feels

My soul is my mystery
My soul is the reason why I'm here
My soul is my reason for living
Some people have lost that
They try to find out where it came from
They try to find out where it is

My soul is between my heart and my mind
With out it my heart and mind would be at a loss
And fight with no end

My heart and my mind are at war
And I am in broken pieces
That cannot be fixed
