My Name is...

I am the tune that wakes you up in the morning

I am acoustic, harmonious, and rock and roll

I can be gentle and mourning

Other times I’m a gleeful soul

I inspire and invoke, therefore I am the melody that moves you

I influence all characters, races, countries, and the world as a whole

Classic, rap, rock, and pop, let’s just say I can reach more than just a few

So tango, boogie, salsa, or tap to the beat that moves you beyond control

I can be short-lived or enduring

But it’s not really up to you how long my affect survives

I am melody, so I can be very luring

But I flow about without a care and for that I won’t apologize
