My Name

In Greek my name means defender of mankind.

In Greek it also means too many words.

It is like a hero that is too smart.

A hero that overestimates their power.

It is my sisters name and now it is mine.

She is a nerdy woman,

born with a bookful of knowledge.

My sister.

I love knowing her,

a smart woman so smart that she can read novels

for hours on end.

At a young age she read a Stephen King book, It.

When the movie came out my dad took her to see it.

And the story goes she still won’t go near clowns.

She is still an unbelievably strong and smart person.

She will still read for as long as she can,

and I will discuss books with her for just as long.

Lexis.

I have inherited her name,

but I don't wish to inherit her fear of clowns.

At school they say my name and I hate it as much as I hate spiders.

In my family they say my name and it holds meaning.

I would like to change my name to one more like the real me.

Lexis as Lexi or Lauren or Sheva Leba.

Yes.

Something like Sheva Leba will do.

On line 13 I think that you should capitalize it, making it refer to the book/movie so it gives it a cool repition vibe.
