My Name

You call my name

in your time of need.

You call my name

when wish to laugh.

You call my name when

you have no other to call.

You call my name to forget the

one that no longer wants you.

You call my name to ease the

heartache one has left you.

Yet when i call yours,

you are nowhere to be found.

I called your name

in my time of need

just see if you would

be there for me.

Time has passed,

surely you must of heard?

How have you not heard?

I no longer go by the name

you once called

in your time of need.

I can still hear you calling

the name of a

man i used to know

Unfortunately i no

longer go by that name.
