My Needs are Different

An island and me,

Choose one thing you could not live without.

For some it's choices:

Books, Friends, Music

I have but one choice

Life!

To sustain my life my option is simple

Insulin

The clear liquid as precious as water to me.

With it I control my life,

My illness and my destiny.

Insulin

It's a love hate deal

But it's mine.
