My New Reality

My comprehension now of things I see Gives me hope and needed clarity To move, pull, push, declutter my space So I can change my reality Step out with grace and authority Knowing I can conquer anything My mind is free to explore Walking into my destiny Understanding new challenges, fulfilling my purpose My vision is clear. Emotions no longer drain me Sound mind in a sound body mentally free Powerful, making waves to reach my destiny Focused on my new reality I am in control of my destiny. Claiming the power, moving with integrity It wasn’t you, it was definitely me. It’s not an option to settle for mediocrity Holding back my own creativity My appetite was dry being thirsty for so long, Now, there’s a firm desire and passion in my speech, power in my steps Forcing others to take notice. Walking into my purpose Empowered to be of service Every nook and cranny in this space Not relinquishing my authority Not conforming to that which drains me Taking dominion over my promised destiny No longer succumbing to the chaos of my mind. Sifting through the realization of my new reality What do I find? Fair speech makes you think my mind is together My mouth becomes a weapon to speak my thoughts Let my heart dictate so my path remains straight My heart understands the chaos and challenges to fight. Let my speech be with understanding and wisdom be found So pride, being arrogant or evil will not come forth to cause embarrassment nor destruction But gives instruction that’s void of condemnation. Arise to conquer from where I lay to defeat the enemy of my mind without restraint Wrestling with any demon that tries to deceive me To cause more chaos and confusion in my mind.
