My October

October,

I inhale the lovely loud aroma of cinnamon and vanilla.

 that brings me comfort.

as I walk down aisles and aisles

 until I go outside

I notice Leaf’s fall together,

trees start to slowly become a tint of orange,

 Green,

 Even a mix of yellow

I walk down the chilly sidewalks alone,

As I gaze into the gloomy skies,

Memories begin to flow in

It’s quiet,

Natures stillness speaks to me.

I love fall,

I love October.
