My Old Friend.

I wanted to post something lighter today, I might post something else later though...

I guess I'll see, but in the mean time enjoy;

Hello Darkness my old friend,

It’s nice to see you once again.

I know it’s been a little while,

But you know how I like to see you smile.

Now goodbye darkness my old friend,

It was nice to see you once again.

But I know you must go,

For here comes light, your greatest foe.

And as the stories of old are told,

He will slice through you with swords of gold.

But I don’t want to see you fade,

For you have been there throughout the age.

But I know you will come again,

For you are darkness, my old friend.

Again, thank you for reading, have a good day/night!
