My Only Escape
My only escape is thru words, words that I write, but cannot say.
I take my emotions and turn them into sadness, maybe happiness, whatever I feel is right.
That’s my only escape.
The only way I can truly escape the world, the only way, I can express myself.
All I write are worthless words written on paper, worthless thoughts that are not necessarily being express.
That is all I write.
My only escape is closed in a journal.
A book filled with a lot of paper, and never ending lines
Words that fit, that feel right and wrong.
Who am I?
Who am I to only escape thru words?
Who am I to see the world in black and white?
Who am I to hear nature calling my name?
My only escape is thru words.
