My Own

Pulse racing, Breathing rapidly, More symptoms you can't control, The feeling is surreal. I'm next. The moment is mine. Walking on trembling while gripping the mic. The music begins and I count the beats. It's time. Starting off terrified and shaky. Seconds pass and I feel the music creeping under my skin. The whole moment is so natural. The music is coming to an end, While it does my heart still beats. I skip off stage like a queen, owning the moment. Stephanie
