My own kind of hell

I'm sinking into darkness

I can no longer hear myself think

I feel like I am disappearing

My body is numb

The happiness is fading away

I'm no longer myself

I do not laugh

I do not smile

I'm always sad

I'm always in pain

I say hurtful things to my love ones

That I don't mean

I don't want to go back

But its pulling me

Closer and closer

Into the darkness

That I’ve called hell for months

I don't know why it's happening to me again

I just want to be normal again

I just want this all to go away

I have been through a lot and that shows in my poems. I wish that I could just let someone open up my mind and see it for them self but since that can not happen I put it down on paper and let people see it that way....I just hope they don't judge me because of it.
