My Partner In Crime

When I took my first steps, who was there to catch me when I fell?
When I went onto a school bus for the first time, who watched me leave and full of tears?

When I started using lockers in middle school, who taught me all the tricks to succeed?

When I had heart problems, who came to visit me day and night in the hospital?

When I read aloud my second candle of the sixteen, who helped me light it?

When my Jr.Prom dress didn't fit the hour before it began, who sewed it closed to fit?

When I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, who took me out to forget and have lunch?

When I got accepted into my dream college, who was the first person to know?

When I'm having boy toubles, who tells me just what to say and how to think?

When my friends make me upset, who is the one really there to pick me back up?

When I just want to give up and never move foward, who gives me that extra push?

My mom.

My partner in crime.

The one woman who I fight with to no ends, but I love to the moon and back.

Who can't I live without?

The wind beneath my wings.

My partner in crime.

My mom.
