My passion and my voice

Writing is my escape from reality.

Without it, it could lead to my fatality.

Writing is my drug of choice.

Without it I have nearly no voice.

My father left me for a wicked witch.

My mother ill without a stitch.

I have not the ability to make another hurt.

I'd rather tear apart my all time favorite shirt!

To gain entry to my pain.

It would be my life you would have to gain.

Although, I'd never wish it upon you.

Seeing through another's eyes is good too.

To let loose of all my cries.

Hoping that someone will one day see through my eyes.

Banter, bicker and all of the above.

Writing is my one true love.

Writing is not a bug.

If I could, I swear, I'd give it a hug.

Telling a story and making it rhyme.

Oh, how I have done it time after time.

Release, sweet release I beg of you.

Writing be my freedom and my escape, a new.
