My Past (Lost Respect)

How I miss you, Night and day, As sure as the sun rises To start another day. I know you are gone, And I cry for you; I cry in vain. O how I cry! O how I feel! Knowing I f**ked up, Knowing you are lost. Eighty-six four hundred seconds In a day; Eighty-six four hundred seconds Wasted, for four years. I'd play the Song of Time, Use the Slingshot Effect, Build my own time machine, If only I could have you back. I hate the time of my life, I want to undo it; Press rewind, Retry level, Click undo. Friends lost, Links broken. Respect, trust, confidence; All gone, wasted. O how I wish I had my past back. With you, I'd've opened up; Without, I've bottled up, And grown to hate What I wouldn't've with you.
