My Pencil
Inside this Pencil is a fist full of thoughts
Inside this pencil is a boy that did not want to go to waste and know I'm orignal not store bought
Inside this pencil is a boy who did not want to be a product of where he was from but where he was going to be
This pencil contains a voice and opinions
This pencil is not my prison
This pencil is the bridge from my brain to the page
This pencil contains miles of words put them in blocks for me to see
This pencil has a mind of its own that has no cage and continues to fill that next empty page
Day after day
